The Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservatory is sponsoring the webinar, called “Spill the (Compost) Tea – A Discussion of the Greenway’s Organic Practices.” It features a video on how they make their own compost tea (quite a production), which is the foundation of the program. Then Anthony Ruggiero, head of the horticulture group will do a presentation on the feral program, which uses no fertilizers accept the compost tea, no herbicides, and no pesticides for a healthy environment. The third component is a panel discussion that I am participating in as a representative of the many volunteers who help out on the Greenway. There will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end.
